Chartwell is a large neighborhood located at the intersection of Haynes Bridge Rd and Old Alabama in the city of Johns Creek in Fulton County right at the point where Johns Creek, Alpharetta and Roswell come together. Chartwell is a swim/tennis subdivision with about 250 homes. HOmes in Chartwell were built during the late 1990s. All of the homes in Chartwell are 2-story most which are brick with a few stucco homes that adds some variance in feel as you drive through the neighborhood.
