Atlanta Real Estate Market Update August 2022

With all of the changes happening in the market, many people are talking about a housing crash. It's keeping buyers on the sidelines...but, should we be worried? In this video, I talked about housing prices and recessions and included some historical charts and custom charts I've created on my own to watch the market as it changes here in Atlanta. Hopefully this brings some accurate context to what is taking place.
